The LCD displaying the screen on the machine has high clarity and supports both Chinese and English languages for ease of use. The machine also features a close-loop PID temperature control system, which provides high-precision temperature control.

The operating table of the injection molding machine is equipped with two safety measures.

The first is machine safety, which ensures the overall safety of the machine during operation. The second is electrical safety, which protects operators from any potential electrical hazards. These safety measures are in place to prioritize the safety of the operators.

*The injection unit of UNiverse series adopts a reliable double-layer injection structure with the Double protruding rods from injection cylinder which used in high speed machine.This system greatly improves the injection accuracy and the stability of charging.

*The movement  structure of the injection unit adopts structure of high rigid guide rod with the structure of double cylinder in carriage movement.This  structure avoid the material leakage out when injection in high speed&pressure and charging in high back pressure.
