
The piston is driven by a motor, which provides the necessary power to create the compression. As the piston moves down, it creates a vacuum in the cylinder, causing air to be drawn into the chamber. Once the piston reaches the bottom of its stroke, it starts moving back up, compressing the air within the cylinder.

When the piston of the piston air compressor reciprocates in the cylinder moves to the right, the pressure in the left chamber of the piston in the cylinder is lower than the atmospheric pressure PA , the suction valve opens, and the outside air is sucked into the cylinder. This process is called the compression process. When the pressure in the cylinder is higher than the pressure P in the output air pipe, the exhaust valve opens. The reciprocating motion of the piston is formed by a crank-slider mechanism driven by an electric motor. The rotational motion of the crank is converted into sliding – reciprocating motion of the piston. It has a simple structure, long service life, and can easily achieve large capacity and high voltage output.
