Working principle
1. Inhalation: The air inlet valve of the screw air compressor is opened, the air pressure in the screw compression chamber is lower than the atmospheric pressure, and the air is sucked into the compression chamber after filtering out impurities and pollutants through the filtering device.
2. Compression: When the two screws rotate, the air is restricted by the gap between the shell of the compression chamber and the rotating screw. The interaction of the gear and rack will cause the gas between the rotating screws to be compressed, and the air pressure in the cavity will and the temperature also gradually increases.
3. Exhaust: After the gas is compressed until the pressure reaches the standard, it will be discharged through the outlet valve. During the exhaust process, the air is cooled by a cooler and separated from moisture and sediment by a separator.
4. Circulation: During the working process of the screw air compressor, the gas will circulate in the compression chamber, and then enter the screw compression chamber again for compression after being cooled by the gas cooler.
