
Cap manufacturing process
The capping machine is driven by the plastic material extruded by the extruder through a screw, cut from a separating plate, and evenly distributed into each chamber to make a capping.
Unique advantages of the machine
1. The main cap mold material is made of proprietary materials, which have excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and optical active polishing properties, as well as good machinability and quenching stability.
2. The bracket has high hardness, alloy steel has high wear resistance, and is not easy to burn.
